Portable Remote Firing Platform
The portable remote firing cart is principally designed
to put distance between the examiner and a suspect faulty firearm from any firearm testing location, indoor/outdoor
firing range, metal trap or bullet recovery tank. Also, the device is a means of protecting the examiner from the
punishing effects of recoil inflicted by the newer generation of high-power weapons. The remote platform is mounted
on a custom designed cart that rolls out of the way when not in use. Includes an on- board compressor and an optional
blast shield is available.

Position the weapon with the barrel in the front barrel rest V block and place the grips/butt between the gripper
pads in the rear slider. The front barrel rest and rear slider are adjustable to accommodate any type long gun or handgun.

Flip the lever actuating the pneumatic cylinder on the rear slider, allowing the rubber pads to close and
firmly hold the weapon. Then, flip the lever to lock the restraint rod in place over the front barrel rest.

Insert firing rod through the trigger guard and you’re now ready to fire.

Simply discharge locally, or drop the blast shield in place and activate the automated trigger pull.
To release the weapon, just flip the lever, releasing air from the cylinder.
