The SAT198 Maxi 9000 Flood Lamp is a high performance, rechargeable, highly portable, silent, hazard free and long duration Floodlight. Suitable wherever there is no mains electricity available. Ideal for Rapid Response scenarios and highly favored by the Police, Fire Brigade and Emergency Teams etc. The SAT198 Maxi 9000 Flood Lamp will operate for up to 10 hours from a single charge.
Its light output is equivalent to 300watt Tungsten using a 42watt Compact Fluorescent Tube. The light head rotates through 360 degrees and can be mounted either directly onto the power pack collar or onto its telescopic extending pole that can elevate up to nominally 2.2m.
The light unit itself operates from a 12v power pack with electronic inverter ballast built into the light head; therefore there is no risk of electric shocks by cutting through the trail lead. There is very little heat produced and importantly it is rechargeable.
The power pack can be recharged over 1,000 times, with the 12v x 24 a/hr sealed lead acid battery, that has no memory effect and cannot be overcharged.
The light head can also be plugged directly into the cigar/cigarette socket of a vehicle with an in car charger 5m lead. Runs for up to 10 hours per charge. LED charge status indicators on charger.
